Located in the heart of off-off Broadway’s Little Theater Row, steps away from
La MaMa and New York Theatre Workshop

Paradise Factory has two black-box theaters available for rental,
as well as a rehearsal space.

Our MAIN THEATER houses 85 and has comprehensive rep plot lighting and sound systems. The rate is $4,000 per week.

Our SECOND THEATER houses 55 and has an expertly designed rep plot with a plug-and-play sound system. The rate is $3,200 per week.

Our REHEARSAL STUDIO is 1,100 square feet and features a 20-foot dance mirror along one wall, wood floors, sound-proof walls and flooring, a private bathroom with shower, two skylights and track lighting on dimmers. The rate is $35 per hour, with a lower rate negotiable for long-term rentals.
